Vik Kachoria
Vik Kachoria is the founder and president of Mass Aerospace Council, an organization which brings aerospace companies in Massachusetts together for business development & networking. He is also a principal at Kumar Aerospace where he provides financial and strategic advisory services to start-up companies and investors in the private space arena. In addition, he contributes to Think Aerospace, a website that promotes accomplishments in the aerospace field and offers scholarships to high school students’ studying math & sciences. Vik Kachoria has been a serial entrepreneur and has successfully founded, built and sold three technology ventures. In addition, he has advised on new ventures, strategy development, operations and finance. Previously, Mr. Kachoria served in management and as a M&A consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Math & Physics also from Boston University.

 

Kerry T. Scarlott
Kerry T. Scarlott is a partner with the law firm of Posternak Blankstein and Lund, LLP. Posternak, based in Boston, is a full-service business law firm currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. Kerry is a member of the firm’s corporate and international business departments. He specializes in assisting small, medium and large businesses in entering or expanding their presence in international markets.

He advises clients regarding U.S. export controls compliance, foreign sales and distribution, overseas manufacturing and sourcing, establishing strategic alliances and joint ventures, and acquiring and selling businesses. Kerry has a particular expertise in counseling technology-based companies in navigating the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations.

He lectures and writes frequently on international trade matters, and is a member of the Board of Advisors to the International Business Department of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Kerry received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review, and his Masters in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
